The property contributions of the shareholders form the assets of the Company's mutual fund and can be transferred to any shareholder on application for use or ownership. The valuation of the asset is agreed between the shareholder and the Company and has no depreciation or increase. EURASIAA is not a commercial activity and does not sell mutual assets for profit. The exchange of shares is made between shareholders on the valuation of the asset established when the property is transferred to a unit fee.
